‘We’ or ‘Us’ refers to Wood Vision Limited, a trade name registered with the Department of the Registrar of Companies under registration number HE 226927, having its registered office at 50A Aphrodites, Lythrodontas, CY-2565 Nicosia, Cyprus.

We only collect the necessary personal data in order to be able to provide the services you require or the information that we are required by law to hold about you. This may include your full name, telephone number, company name and address, email address, billing address and in certain cases information regarding third parties in relation to you such as hosting company, google analytics, google search consol and other.

Data retention

Our retention period for data and other material such as images, templates, designs and other work created in the provision of services to you is 6 months except if you want us to keep your data for an extended period of time.

How do we use your personal information?

Any personal data supplied to us by you may be used for the express purposes for which that information is provided to us, to design, develop and manage your digital activities, to analyse and improve our services and communications to you, to process invoices to and payments from you and for any purposes related to or additional to the above or considered necessary for the purpose of carrying out and/or providing services under any other engagement agreement or other agreement entered between us and/or according to your instructions.

We also use your personal information to provide the services you require, with third parties (to the extend necessary and after letting you know) for the purpose of completing the services you require and your email address or return email addresses to respond to emails received for tech support, customer service and for any other reasonable reasons that will assist the completion of a task/project. These email addresses are not shared with outside parties for any, unrelated to your project, reason.

State the reasons of your request to assist us in determining whether you have a valid basis for erasure. Please note, however, that we may retain your Personal Data if there are valid grounds under law for us to do so (e.g. for the defence of legal claims) but we will let you know if that is the case.

If your request is related to erase data that we have made public and there are grounds for erasure, we will use reasonable steps to erase the data, however, such erasure is not guaranteed nor should it be considered to be up to us.

Our website is connected with Google analytics in order to receive information regarding the ways our website is used with the aim of improving the experience of our users. Despite the fact that we have access to a number of metrics, no personal information is collected or stored. Our only purpose for using Google analytics is the one described above, therefore, we choose not to allow Google to share our analytics data.
